As used in (31) Trane early 90% furnaces.
These boards are found in the earliest Trane 90% furnaces. On a up flow furnace the board is located on the left upper side of the furnace and controls the operation of the combustion blower (draft inducer). See the list of models it is used in lower on this page.

THE PART YOU RECEIVE WILL NOT BE A CNT01149 as it is now obsolete and Trane has replaced it with a Relay conversion with instructions that may need an H.V.A.C. company for installation!
